Monday 6pm - Tai Chi

Wednesday 6am - Small Group Circuit Training
Wednesday 3:45pm - Tai Chi
Thursday 9:30am - Tai Chi
Friday 6am - Small Group Circuit Training
Saturday 7:45am - Tai Chi
